Most promotions apply automatically at checkout.
If you have a discount code or promotional code it must be entered in the box ‚Enter Your Promo code at the checkout. Once complete, click the REDEEM button.
Returns information can be found on the dispatch note sent with your order. Please complete the form on the dispatch note with all details required, including product codes for exchanges, and include it with your return. If items are returned without any customer details, we will be unable to process it.
We've partnered with Hermes to offer doorstep courier collections and Parcel Shop drop off for just ¬£2.50. Simply visit My Hermes to arrange a return.

We recommend that you use a carrier or postal service that can give you proof of postage.
We accept the following credit/debit cards:

We also accept PayPal.
We are unable to accept payment by cheque, Style cards, Visa Electron, Solo cards, Duet Cards, cash, postal orders or gift cards. To give you even more confidence in shopping online with us, we have introduced Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode. These services enhance your existing credit/debit card accounts against unauthorised use when you shop with us.
To use this service, you must first register with the bank or other organisation that issued your card.
Payments are most often rejected if the billing address doesn't match what the card is registered to. If you're unsure which address you have registered, you should check with your card issuer before attempting your order again.

we offer tracking information on all our uk home delivery orders. when we dispatch your order, we'll send you a tracking link in your dispatch email which you can follow to the courier's tracking page and track your parcel's progress.
click & collect
tracking is not currently available on click & collect orders. we ask that you allow up to 5 days for delivery to your chosen store.
mainland eu: we offer tracking information on all our order to mainland eu. when we dispatch your order, we'll send you a tracking link in your dispatch email which you can follow to the courier's tracking page and track your parcel's progress.
non-eu: we offer tracking information on the majority of our orders to outside of the eu. if tracking information is available, we'll send you a tracking link in your dispatch email which you can follow to the courier's tracking page and track your parcel's progress. where tracking information is not available we ask that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
